Objective
Identify the current digitalization situation through the analysis of: the typology of products, the current design and manufacturing processes, the ICT technologies and solutions used for control and management, the level of training of workers, the catalog of references , the type of clients and current markets, among other aspects.

Methodology.
You will interview key personnel in different companies in the cluster value chain

Goals
Identify opportunities, challenges and vectors of change that enhance the value chain in general and initiatives to incorporate 4.0 technologies in particular.

Methodology.
Creativity session with dynamic Lego ® Serious Play ® dynamics aimed at:

• Analyze the Resources, Capacities and Roles (RCR) of the different agents in the sector (companies, cluster, administration, etc.) current and future.
  
• Explore existing and new synergies.
  
• Identify opportunities to incorporate technology.
  
• Identify possible actions by sector agents in order to take advantage of and strengthen available resources.

Objective

Prioritize and select the initiatives generated in Phase 2.

Conceptualize specific solutions for incorporating 4.0 technologies: Go from idea to product/service or process concept

Methodology.

Selection and prioritization of ideas through Visual Thinking dynamics.

Creativity session to conceptualize specific solutions (using industry 4.0 technologies) to the selected initiatives. Multidisciplinary teams of Eureca technologists and Cluster companies will participate in the session and co-creation tools will be used.

Objective

Conceptualize 3 proofs of concept (few) of projects incorporating 4.0 technologies.

Methodology

3 initiatives will be selected from those already filtered in phase 3 and 3 work teams will be configured made up of companies and technological experts from Eureca. A specific work session will be held with each work team in order to shape it and develop the concepts so that it can be implemented in a viable way.
